Delivery Prices

1) Practical Details:
The products are sent to the delivery address that you have indicated while processing your order. The delivery is made by the postal service of the recipients’ country within a delay of 6 days.

The parcel is sent by registered mail. In case of absence, the postal service will leave you a note to inform you that your parcel is at the nearest post office. After a delay of 15 days, the parcel is returned to sender.

Participating Fees for Ordering and Expedition:
The Shipping Fees are offered for the « Pleasure » and « Intense » Formulas. For the « Discovery » Formula, which is offered, we require a Participation Fee of 6.90 GBP for the Shipping and Ordering Fees.

2) Delivery Delays:
The Sum of announced delays is counted in working days.
The indicated delays are average delays and the delays of the order processing, preparing and shipping. These are calculated as soon as the order is validated.

For an order of several products, the delivery delays are based on the longest delivery delays. TopForm has the right to divide the order into several deliveries without extra fees for the customer.

3) From the Parcel to the Delivery:
Once delivered, you must immediately verify the conformity of the ordered goods.

You must manually indicate on the Delivery Note any anomaly regarding the delivery of your goods (damaged product …). This verification is considered completed as soon as the buyer, or the person authorized by him, has signed the Delivery Note.

You must also confirm these anomalies by posted letter and confirm your claim to the Transporter within 48 hours (working days) at reception of the ordered goods, and send us a copy to the following address:

If it is necessary to return us the goods, this must be requested through our Customer Service:

•    Within 7 days after the delivery for a revocation
•    Within 15 days for defectiveness or if you haven’t received the right product.

Following your request, we will either exchange the goods, or give you a discount voucher.

If the original packaging at the delivery is damaged, ripped or opened, you must verify the condition of the goods. If they have been damaged, you must imperatively refuse the parcel and place a note on the Delivery Note. (Parcel refused because it is damaged or opened).

4) Processing of the non-delivered ordered parcels
These parcels are those of which were not able to be delivered to the recipient for the following reasons: Not known at this address, not claimed, refused, damaged due to transport, spoliation…
We thank you to inform us of the non-delivery of your parcel. After verification, we will proceed to a second delivery.
